Our Programs
Our programs at Eternal Sparks Foundation are designed to help diaspora communities succeed and thrive. We focus on business support, arts, and community engagement. Each initiative empowers individuals, builds connections, and promotes positive change.
Diaspora Voices
Uplifting BIPOC artists through creative expression
We support BIPOC diaspora artists by offering free sustainability training and platforms to share their work. Whether through podcasts, visual arts, or film, we help artists build skills that not only enhance their craft but also ensure their practices contribute to a better future. By combining creative expression with sustainability, Diaspora Voices creates lasting impact for the artists and their communities.
Diaspora Ventures
Helping minority-owned businesses thrive
We support BIPOC and Muslim-owned businesses by offering mentorship, courses, and funding strategies that help them expand and sustain their impact. Many minority-owned businesses face systemic barriers to resources and opportunities, making it difficult to thrive in competitive markets. Our initiative provides essential guidance, connects entrepreneurs with funding opportunities, and fosters an inclusive and thriving economic ecosystem. Through business workshops, networking opportunities, and strategic coaching, Diaspora Ventures helps small businesses navigate challenges, scale their operations, and become long-term contributors to their communities.
International
Building global connections through community support
Through humanitarian projects and diaspora mobilization, we strengthen connections between diaspora communities in Canada and their homeland of Lebanon. Our initiatives in Lebanon focus on empowerment, cultural preservation, and social change, ensuring displaced communities maintain strong ties to their heritage.
Whether it’s through educational programs, infrastructure support, or advocacy efforts, we provide resources that help communities rebuild, preserve traditions, and sustain their cultural identities. By working with local partners and global organizations, we make a lasting impact on both the Canadian diaspora and the communities they remain connected to in Lebanon.
Local
Community empowerment through local partnerships
In Uganda, our work emphasizes grassroots initiatives that support communities directly. By collaborating with local organizations, we help create sustainable programs that improve access to education, healthcare, and community development resources.
These efforts ensure that families and vulnerable groups are equipped with the tools they need to rebuild, thrive, and maintain cultural resilience. Our partnerships in Uganda demonstrate how local action can generate meaningful change while reinforcing ties with the global community.
Funding Justice
Resource Mobilization Training for Equity-Driven Organizations
Equity-driven organizations in housing, social services, and other critical sectors are often excluded from traditional funding systems. This exclusion limits their ability to grow and sustain the essential services they provide. Funding Justice was created to address this gap by offering training that empowers these organizations to secure the resources they need not only to survive but to thrive.
